Boyce Avenue is my latest muse. there is something soothing about their music that has a really calming effect on me. The original version was done by Coldplay, I can't remember when was the first time I heard Coldplay but my latest impression was back when the few of us were in HK and because we had some really advent fans of Coldplay, day through night, we'd be exposed to all of their songs and I got to appreciate the beauty of their lyrics. Not to say that they weren't good with this song but there's just something about Alejandro's voice that works on me like an addiction. i can't go without listening just once; it's always on loop for at least ten times. And the interlude of this song is so beautiful. on top of that, i love the lyrics because its the kind you relate to emotionally but could never find the right words to pen down. Yet, at the same time, you know you aren't alone cause there are people who will be there for you. it feels as though the whole song speaks into your heart.
